  • Overview

    

    The Godox X2T is the second generation of the X1T trigger and has many new features. With buttons to select specific groups and built-in Bluetooth for smartphone power control. Godox X2 Series TTL wireless flash trigger can work with Godox camera flashes, outdoor flashes and studio flashes with built-in Godox X wireless radio system. X2 achieves stable, reliable and effective real-time signal transmission which makes it a good choice for photographers who have various lighting demands.

    Built-in Bluetooth for APP Control
    You can connect the X2 to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth after download the GodoxPhoto APP, then control the flash mode, power output, the modeling light mode, the beep of Godox flashes, and etc. It is extremely useful when doing product photography in the studio while the radio trigger is hard to reach on the top of the camera.

    The minimum power output can be precisely set to 1 256 in 1 10 step adjustment.

    Type-C Connection
    The MicroUSB has been upgraded to a Type-C. Type-C sockets are just much more solid than microUSB, as are the cables. They’re less prone to being damaged or bent. And you can now upgrade the firmware ether in Windows or Mac system.

    New user interface, Dedicated Group Buttons
    Starting on the top, we can see that there are five new buttons, labelled A through E denoting the five groups of flashes you are able to control. These will offer quick and easy access to adjust the settings for a specific group at the push of a button.

    Relocated Control-Wheel
    The dial is positioned in the bottom of the left-hand corner so as not to obstruct the LCD panel of the camera, which should allow easier spinning.

    Quick Lock Hot-Shoe
    Godox X2T has the new hotshoe locking mechanism as like as the Godox V1, which automatically locks, and a button to quickly unlock and twist it open to remove it.

    New AF Assist Light
    The X2 has a new AF assist light that uses visible light instead of a red infrared pattern. So, a certain brand of camera should find it a little easier to use autofocus in the dark now.
